He is an executive chef & restaurant director while also teaching cooking, pastry & bakery. He specializes regional cuisine, creative Italian cuisine, international cuisine, vegan & vegetarian health cuisine.
He has taken care of the opening of the restaurant "La Nicchia", Iseo lago Hotel & the gourmet restaurant of the "Gran Resort di Lagonissi" (Leading Hotel, 5stars) in Greece.
Giuseppe - Executive Chef
32 years of experience
Giuseppe has a vast amount of experience in running Hotels & Restaurants across Switzerland, Italy & Romania.
He has excelled at many different roles in the catering & hospitality industry that includes being a Restaurant Consultant, Executive Chef, Restaurant Promoter & Purchasing Manager.
Giuseppe has planned events, mini-conventions & fairs for the restaurants he has promoted while also dedicating time to being a cooking teacher and developing courses for training.
